    Dear ROBIN !!!

    I asked yesterday at MSN my AM ...... she told me that your looking together where the problem is..... !!!

    Today i saw my AM at MSN (Status of MSN was ONLINE) , then i ask some times my AM if there are any news .. ?

    NO RESPONSE !!! , i ask ever and ever at MSN (Status still ONLINE) .... no RESPONSE !!!!

    Then suddenly the status at MSN was OFFLINE without any response !!! My AM must definitly seen that iam whriting !!!

    In the past i had very often this art of communication !!!

    You tell me everytime to ask at first my AM if there are any problems , and i tell you everytime that it is very hard to have a
    good communication with my AM !!!


    Here again what happened and my question :

    On 11-12-Oct there was deposits about 8000$ from one player ....
    Suddenly this deposits about 8000 $and my owned RevShare about 3200 $ was disappeared !!!

    EP told me that there was a Chargeback after a fraud and the player is now Blocked !!!
    (very interesting that somebody hacked the creditcard from the player to play with the account of the same player!!!)

    At the stats the Chargeback about 8000$ is not displayed in the "chargeback" column !!!

    Then at 1-Nov there is again a chargeback about 840 $ from the same player (Chargeback from a blocked player?)......
    but this chargeback is displayed at the stats at the "chargeback" column ...

    The chargeback on 11-12 Oct about 8000$ is still not displayed in the stats !!! still 0 $ chargeback for 11-12 Oct !!!


    still the SAME QUESTION SINCE 2 WEEKS !!! What happened ????
