I've also had the same issue of getting blocked by the government when I try to view certain gambling websites and I have to use a vpn to gain access to them.

The gambling commission serves no purpose, except to stuff things up for our industry.

I am not surprised about the Australian government stance on websites promoting or pushing casino and poker specifically to Australian citizens. Their laws are pretty clear. Sports betting is OK (as long as it's not live betting) but everything else is not. No short duration gambling is allowed - including all forms of casino and poker.

At least they are consistent - in that no-one is allowed to offer it or target Australian players.

The existence of Australian targeted sites and sections specifically promoting these to Aussie players been an anomaly for the last 10 years or so and frankly we should probably be happy with the fact that they just imposing blocks on sites rather than chasing prosecutions.

    I didn't get.
Affiliates promoting aussie casinos are not okay, however sponsor rocket play accepting Australian players is okay.
