ARISTOCRAT trademark warnings - again

so I got a third (removed one slot review then got this twice) legal action "emai" not an actual letter
I can see infringing by using images / logos but there are thousands of sites reviewing these games... ill most likely remove images and make a strong statement to avoid the use but always looking for opinions.

This is our second attempt to contact you regarding your unauthorized use of ARISTOCRAT trademarks owned by Aristocrat Technologies Australia Pty Ltd on the website, allfreechips.com.

Not sure why they are taking this particular action. I provided my thoughts previously in private why I think they did before but this looks likes their legal team - whoever they hied to make the legal threats are going too far.

Fair use should cover the use of their name etc in the process of a review but this appears a bit of over reach.

I can understand if you had inaccurate information and they wanted that changed, or you were using outdated artwork or screenshots, or making claims that are false.

This is likely showing many to not bother reviewing their games, which is also a suggestion to not recommend their games nor should we encourage players to try their games.

Surely they will do so much better in popularity if less potential players know their games exist.

When we review operators and list the software used, wonder if we should also stop listing their name at all?

Yeah i asked them via the email on a few points, I assume its automated bla bla but I really don't need a lawsuit over this to deal with

Talk to operators that use their games, rather then just use code someone else might be using without permission.

Looks like I worded the question wrongly, "just use code someone else might be using without permission." was not my intention, what I meant was something like "VegasHero games", who, unfortunately do not have any "Aristocrat or Ainsworth" games. Sorry for the misunderstanding.....rogerc

Ive gotten those letters before, for a buffalo slot site i had, if you dont respond they just go to your host and have site removed. I tried to argue my case with my hosting but they wouldnt budge
