Payments for e-wallets are a little late. I appolgise for the delay , i will chase accounts up to speed this up.

so are you saying it wasn't sent. I had a combine commission of $188 for the month of May and June. I sent you an email kindly asking if I could get this amount this month... you said I'll see what I can do. I have been struggling with the loss of my job, and I have also sent you many emails asking for help to improve my stats.

I asked if we could run any kind of special promotion for me to try to get more players and you have refused my offers. you never answer my emails and you are never available on skype or msn. so do I have to wait till August I emailed you on the 2nd and then the 15th and 20Th and you never answered my emails. I wish there was more communication on your end.

Every e-mail you send me is the same asking for commission which is below our min payout.

I have accommodated you in the past and run some competitions for you, which where of no value to us at all.

If you want to improve stats you should spend time on SEO , links , PPC , offline promotions and building a big data base.

From our end we have great brands and the best processing. We are improving our retention right now and have a new retention Director.

But without traffic and I mean quality traffic your stats will not improve, as harsh as it may sound , too much time spent arguing on the forums is valuable time you could spend building up your business.
