    Enough said
You really don't have a clue, do you?

First of all, I have *never* been involved with the OPA in any capacity.

Secondly, *I* - not Bryan - examined the source code and said that I believed it was a genuine error. Neither of us defended them for the error, and they also paid out any player who was affected by the issue.

Your allegations of either of us taking hush money are completely false. You have zero proof because it simply didn't happen. And unlike JTodd, I *WILL* call you a liar because you are.

AK you are so out of order it is unbelievable. You obviously feel that it is ok to make baseless allegations yet when challenged to present the facts, you squirm and twist your way out of doing so.

It is common knowledge that Bryan is one of my friends as is Ted. It is also common knowledge that I am not the type of person that stands by and watches someone libel my friends.

I don't use the word LIBEL lightly.

So far you have proven that you are indeed a liar.

I would advise you to think very carefully before you hit the reply button to this post. This forum is a professional forum for webmasters. It is not a platform for individuals to make baseless and groundless allegations.

Perhaps the reason, JTodd, myself and Michael are all challenging your position, is not the fact that we are part of some peanut gallery. It might have something to do with the fact you are an outright LIAR.

You have completely lost your credibility here. A post you made in the private forums also further confirms exactly where you stand ethics wise. Obviously I can't mention the details in this thread, but our peers who are also private GPWA Members, will be able to find it.

I wasn't in a position to make that statement because I wasn't part of the original issue, and because I did not have the facts. Thank you for sharing with us, Ted. I know you are a stand-up guy. =0)

I was quite new to the industry when all that went down and don't know a lot of details.

I do remember the glitch in the odds on software, Spearmaster's examination of it and his conclusion, which seemed resonable to me then. It also seems reasonable to me now since the software has functioned since without any more glitches.

There was confidentiality agreements and death threats involved with this individual and his family for exposing this evil criminal group of individuals. I take this stuff very seriously.
Wow, what individual? Atkins?Sounds like you were in a scary situation, but are you sure you are laying blame where it belongs?

Bryan has done more for this industry over the last few years than any of us put together.

So maybe enough time has passed for you to take another look back and sort out who really was responsible for putting you in such a precarious situation...

Blimey, mention the "B" word and you kids really get your knickers in a twist, eh?
I think there is quite a difference between mentioning someones name and making completely false accusations against someone that is a recognized and well respected leader in this industry!

I am friends with Bryan also but trust me that is not what has prompted me to post today, the fact that the statements made against him in this thread have me totally floored with shock! You don't have to know the man to see he is a caring and honest person, have you seen his recent contributions to charity? Have you seen his recent stand against a few well known casinos that he had accredited but once players were messed with he wasted no time removing them.

Bryan would never take money to over look a wrong doing by any casino operator/software provider and I know that without a doubt and trust in him 100% !

You best be back peddling really fast dude that is all I know. You must have a brass set!

I was not around back then and this is all very cryptic to me. You have no foundation that I can see as an observer. I am not among the inner circle of friends at CM but calling them puppets is insulting. Throwing hints of unethical behavior is libelous. Personally, I can't imagine where this industry would be without the services of CM.

Without substantiating your claims the only creditbility damaged here is your own. JMO

    Well I am
    part of some peanut gallery
And my first post in this thread was asking for proof or facts of what he said in his statement.

And unless he is willing to post what he believes to be those facts, I think he should retract his statement.

Nice history lesson AK dating way back to late 2001. All I take away from my digs is the FACT money tends to buy Ethical Standards in most cases. History has taught me?

But be that as it may the good solid principled people I see around me always overshadow the negative.

However, you did peak my interest as too what ever happened to Adkins? Sure would make for a good article or at the very least closure.

Nice, AK... you can come and thank people but you can't defend yourself? Or is it because you know you lied that you don't dare say anything more?
