Anybody Home? (RESOLVED)

I have sent 3 emails to my Affiliate Manager Chloe , and have received no response, so perhaps a post on here might illicit a response.

I would simply like to know why I have still not received August commission payment.

Has anyone been paid by Gig this month yet?

It says that GIG Affiliates paid by Skrill on September 24 on AGD.

Have you tried getting in touch with an affiliate manager by the name of Jonas?

I was paid on 1 account and on the other had to chase Chloe on skype (she solved it eventually)

Thanks for your reply.

Chloe has still not made contact, and in fact I never even got an email from her to introduce herself when she became my Affiliate Manager.

I was quite happy when I had Frode, but who knows what happened to him.

Pretty disappointed with Gig these days.

Yes, got paid the 10th. Also a part that I was chasing for months.

I spoke with Kim Hansson. Seems to be a good affiliate manager, a light in the dark at GIG, because this year so far it's a disaster with other affiliate managers and stats issues.

I had spoken with 3 different, AM´s, and give it up after 20m.
Small-talk is okay...but i dont join the brand to answer 100 unimportant question.

Anyway, someone mentioned that there is now a new team ...

Yep, i think all changed twice this year. Seems that people not exactly happy to work there these days.

Just a further update. I have still not received any payment or any replies to all my emails, so they are getting very close to being blacklisted on my network, however I thought I would give them one last opportunity to respond here or send me an email before I do.

Its not so much the lack of payment that bugs me as it is not a huge amount, but the lack of response is what really gets me !!!

I know two people left of which one is head of affiliates. Both showed a complete lack of interest. That's a bit short-sighted of course because it's a small world and if they're bugging in name of their new employee to get some exposure, I will show exactly the same lack of interest.

It was already the 2nd head of affiliates that left there.

It's a volatile business.

Especially in Malta with so many programs and everybody looking for people.

True, although with GIG it seems 10 times more.

Ooh Boy, Don't I have egg on my face!! I owe Gig an apology as it turns out that they did pay me on the 19th but I didn't notice it as it was paid in Dollars and I was looking for a Euro payment.
Kudus to Jonas though, for looking into it as soon as he was made aware of the issue.
