if you have promoted bet365 on the site from your signature you have used them against the rules, is highly prohibited to use them on illegal streaming sites, i suggest you to delete the site urgently until will be too late if someone from bet will check the site

No i not advertise in this website... i have other approved from bet365 but they off partnership with all aff partner maybe small..

They have reduced the number of affiliates, no one know the reason. I think they changed the terms and conditions from 2018.
