    Unhappy Affiliates United: Commission Error

    Hello Everyone

    I'm having a few problems with AffUtd at the moment, I have only joined a few months ago, and was delighted to take advantage of the high commission, especially in December where I earnt up to 70% of the the net earnings and was expecting $400 for the month.

    But In the beginning of January it all changed, I noticed my stats went missing, I didn't panic as I knew they were moving to a new system and in the Q and A told me this was normal.

    After a few days the stats came back, but this time my earnings were reduced down to $160 and instead of getting the 70% commission I got the 7th Month Program (and I have only been with them for 3). Its like my commission has been drastically reduced for no reason.

    Well I sent an email to my account manager but i got no response, a few days later i contacted the site through live chat, and he couldn't help me or understand why this was happening, and told me that he has sent a contact request to my account manager again.

    I have no one to talk to about sorting this out. Payment has now been made (but only $160) but not in my Paypal yet. I would just love it if AffUtd could sort this out. Why do they act so surprised when someone who has a genuine problem is massively annoyed at the level of poor customers service. I had a rant about this a few days ago and guess what? my post was deleted.

    This is my last ditch attempt to try and get this sorted but to be honest, I wont hold my breath.

    They should sort it out for you. The key to a happy time with affutd is having a responsive affiliate manager. I do have a good one. You obviously have a bad one, but they do generally sort out problems in the end. Hopefully Nadav Linden, who responds to things on their behalf here will get this sorted out for you.

    I believe that many of us are in the same or similar kind of situation sinds they started with NR. I'm currently at 2.5% on one of my accounts. But since this program has won the trust of its partners for many years, we will again assume that they are going to fix this. Especially before they start to pay this month.

    To be honest I don't know why or who deleted your post, I see no reason to remove it, but it's obviously not my decision

    Well its now Tuesday evening and still no news from anyone. No emails (I have even been checking my spam folder) or notifications in my affiliate account.

    I'm at my wits end, I even sent an email to the Navav above and got no reply. I've called, Ive emailed, ive waited and waited. But I still have explanation as to why my commissions have gone a bit haywire. I will wait a few days more and if I still don't hear anything then I will have no choice but to give AffUtd a big thumbs down.

    Well I think I'm at the point when I actually give up trying to find out what's going on with my account, don't get me wrong, Navdav has helped me out loads getting in contact with my account manager, and he did send me an email asking me what the problem is? I emailed him back several days ago and I still haven't got a response. Maybe he to has a problem with his spam filters, but to be honest I'm using a yahoo mail account, so I can't see my emails beeing a problem. I have called them, instant messaged them, used this website to express my frustration, sent lots of emails and I still not getting any answers, I have been trying to find out what's going on for over 2 weeks.

    I don't feel I need to spend any time telling people how bad affutd customer service is, because I think this forum post is evidence enough.

    I still haven't been paid either.

    Thumbs down, I think I will be joining another affiliate service.
