I can honestly say that maybe one or two programs did not pay in the first 14 years of being an affiliate. Seems like maybe some programs are not making trustworthy payments a priority. My guess is that the programs that owe money would pay out, if the time and energy were right. Very few aff programs are out to scam affiliates. It is just a business relationship maturity thing. As affs, we just need to be patient and minimize exposure to those programs that owe us.
Just don't be a complainer, 'cause you think it works to motivate programs to pay affs, right?
