I wanted to inform you that we have made a change in our terms and conditions.<O:p></O:p>
<O:p></O:p>
The term change refers to affiliate’s promoting the loyalty payment (rakeback) and breaking the network rules when promoting it. The new term can be viewed on the following link https://affiliates.nordicbetpartners....conditions.asp and is point 2.10.<O:p></O:p>

The policy is as follows:<O:p></O:p>
<O:p></O:p>
- The Loyalty Bonus needs to be called Loyalty Bonus and not rakeback, cashback or other wording.<O:p></O:p>
- The maximum allowed is 30% Loyalty Bonus and includes other incentives that directly/indirectly can be seen as Loyalty Bonus. This also includes any additional payments given outside our control (for instance third party payment methods).<O:p></O:p>
- Rake races/rake chases etc cannot be run without NordicBet/Triobet/Tobet written approval. <O:p></O:p>
- Any breach by an affiliate might lead to fines from our poker provider and this will be under the sole responsibility of the affiliate to be paid. Refer to rule 2.10 within the terms and conditions for more details. <O:p></O:p>
