Affiliate Payments

I've asked via pm and have not had an answer, so I will ask here and hope someone will see and answer here.

Can we expect payment before Christmas?

Will VA employees be paid before Christmas? I'm just wondering what is the problem with, for once, paying in a reasonable time frame?

It's really disgusting that VA could not be bothered to answer, not even to say "no".

That's an indication of the issues affiliates are having with your program.

VA gives the appearance of being very lazy, while wanting affiliates to go allout in promoting your casinos.

Re-arranging deck chairs on the Titanic is no way to save a sinking ship.

We apologize for not getting back to you sooner regarding payments. Moneybookers, Eco and some wire transfers will be done before Christmas, the rest of the payment methods will be done after. Daniela, when will you pay November commissions? Today is the 28th of December, and still no the payment from you. Please, pay them before the New Year. Moreover I don't see any problems to pay them to my Payspark account.

I tried calling yesterday and was told that nobody was there.. only the helpdesk for the casinos. I sent an email - no reply

Called today again and was told that this is only the help desk and I should email the affiliate program. When I asked him for a telephone number .. the person on the line said that I was not allowed to get it and that I should email them.

I have sent to 4 different email addresses and still no answer.

Nice to have such supportive and cooperative partners.

I do know one affiliate that was still awaiting payment that was paid overnight, but they were paid to the wrong account...AGAIN!!

This affiliate had been emailing to get the payment sent to the correct place for months, and each time they pay to an older account and not making payments to the account that is listed in the affiliate backend.

I am now caught in a small dilema as I need to change my payment method and am afraid if I attempt to do so they will screw that up also.

A VA rep was here on 12-23 and stated the email was NOT working....ok, then whythehe** aren't they checking in here a few dozen times a day to stay in contact with people??

A few dozen times a day is NOT out of line if they have no other means of contact. Geez, all they have to do is keep the page open and refresh once in a while.

How are you people still earning enough with this progress to worry about payments. It must be just mine and my sub-affiliates' players that keep on winning.

Sorry for the derail, couldn't resist though...

Seriously though, it is time for the GPWA to consider what should be done with this program. Clearly they are not living up to the requirements to continue being a sponsor.

Not recieved mine yet (via Neteller) these promises of timely payments are becoming a joke.

I have not received payment for February, March or April commissions and no response to emails.

Is this not why they have their own forum?
