6.3 The commission is calculated at the end of each month and payments shall be performed by the 3rd-7th of each calendar month, provided that the amount due exceeds 100€ ('Minimum Threshold'). If the balance due is less than the Minimum Threshold, it shall be carried over to the following month and shall be payable when it collectively exceeds the Minimum Threshold.

Hallo,
I wanted to get to know what is going on with Chance Room. On chat they speak only that there is the breakdown or technical pause. Users begin to worry because we can not log in and we can not cash out ours money.

Could You write more write about this situation? When we can log in?

Hi,

The data centres in Malta, where our servers are hosted crashed due to an electrical glitch. We have our teams working to resolve the issue.
You can rest assured that your money is safe.

The customer service will be updating players as and when there are any developments.

We are hoping to have the issue resolved at the earliest possible.
