How did Red Hot Revenue get its start?
Red Hot Revenue is a venture of Guardian Gaming. It started with the acquisition of the erstwhile Bet Rev group.

We have 3 casino brands and a poker brand - SierraStarCasino.com, GiantVegas.com, RoyalDice.com and NutsPoker.com.

We should be launching www.ShuffleMasterLive.com this quarter. This is a joint venture between Guardian Gaming and Shuffle Master on Playtech’s software. This casino will also feature all the patented Shuffle Master games.

Our casinos are targeted to niche markets. Nuts Poker is the newest poker room on the iPoker platform and was launched in July. The traffic conversions are excellent due to the fact that we started from zero players last month. It is a great opportunity for affiliates to get new depositing players.

We are currently developing new games targeting different segments of the market. Two new product platforms would be released in Q4 2007.

What was your favorite subject in school? And why was it your favorite subject?
Mathematics. I love to play with numbers.

How did you get started in this business?
I have been in the online marketing industry since late 90s and I got head hunted for an online gaming company called iGlobalMedia back in 2002. The company was renamed Party Gaming Inc and got floated on LSE. I worked for Party till the end of 2005 and then worked for 2 start-up ventures ?PokerShare.com Ltd and PlaySafe Holding Ltd. At the moment I consult for Guardian Gaming.

What are your three keys to success for an affiliate?
1) Being innovative and trying new ideas
2) Being flexible and able to adapt to new scenarios
3) Working closely with the affiliate managers

What’s the first concert you attended in person?
Bryan Adams concert in Bangalore

What's your favorite movie and why?
Godfather, can’t say why, I like everything about that movie. Being from India, I love movies and I watch loads of them.
