Can't contact Affcorner too. Do not answer about week to my mail which I sent in betmania affiliate post form.
I have been trying to get paid too for the last 2-3 weeks with no luck. Wonder whats going on?
Update: I finally contacted Priscilla on Wed and was paid in full on Fri. Thanks Affcorner.

Maybe I'm being impatient...its only been 4 months or so that I've been chasing outstanding payments
Try to contact:
Via contact form - more than two weeks no reply
Via support(at)affcorner.com - 10 days no reply
Via Priscilla(at)betphoenix.com - 3 days no reply
Why they still "Platinum sponsor" at GPWA?
I will make sure someone follows up on our end as well.

Still waiting for response.
p.s. Can't send You privat message, only 2 posts on forum.
Did any of these concerns ever get resolved? I am an affiliate of Betphoenix, but have never promoted them with much effert. I have to say I have emailed these guys several times in the past. I wanted to promote skybook, but never heard from them, tried betmania, never answered my emails. Several other questions and no replys. The affilaite people really do not seem too anxious to help much. Maybe you have to be one of the big guys, I dont know.
These affiliate programs that do not address the issues suck. I think in some ways we are in a bad spot because lets face it, what can we do about it when they just dont seem to want to bother with our concerns, BUT if the day ever comes we our industry is regulated I hope we all remember which programs treated us like business people and which ones did not.
I had sent several messages to Priscilla following up about these issues. She was initially partially responsive and was looking into the forwarded issues. She has become non-responsive. I've now sent her a message highlighting that responsiveness to these issues is required under the code of conduct and urging her to address them ASAP.

Thanks for looking into this, while I have no issues per say, I have to question the safety of this affiliate program to affiliates. I know I mentioned this, but I wrote them several times about two of their books; betmania and skybook. I tried to sign up with them and have never heard back, even after sending them emails. I cant help but think if they dont answer when someone wants to join the program, how will they respond to any concerns some one who is already an affiliate may have. They sound like people who dont care about affiliates to me and as such should be avoided. Just my 2 cents!
I called the AffCorner affiliate support line earlier today and spoke with Mike. Mike explained that Priscilla has been out due to a health issue (surgery). She had not set an out of office autoreply before leaving, and nobody was aware of that until recently. Priscilla's phone line and emails now forward to Mike until she is back in the office.
Mike will be speaking with their CFO on Thursday about the open affiliate payment issues that had been sent to me. I have a call planned with him for Thursday evening in order to get a further update after his meeting with their CFO.
