Activewins payment pending since May 2019 till date
have more than 1000 gbp dues with active wins since may 2019, reason i see is that they say they get problem with fetching payment info from the panel every time, since may total 3 different account managers have been in touch .. but still same therapy give to me on 1st of every month - therapy is " you will get paid next month"
This is reason why i don't like Rev share deals.
Anyone else facing same issue.

It's a shame.. affiliate programs should reflect that payments are most important thing, unfortunately some are treating this issue as a side issue.. but when they want exposure they know to reply fast and contact you several times a day

They've had a period of a bit of chaos (a few months), let's call it "reorganising to the core", but they're usually reliable and solid I'd say. Feels like they're back on track nowadays

Yep. this sounds about right for them. They still owe me a few hundred pounds but i washed my hands of them. Too slow and poor retention was my experience. The only positive there was the affiliate manager, he was a good lad but overall there are far better options for affiliates based on my experiences

We had a similar experience last year.
We were owed in excess of ?0k for several months. We paused promotion until we were paid. It took so long that we never started up again.
The team were fairly polite and responsive. Just complaining about that same issue... payments not being fetched correctly or stats not being fetched correctly.
We were paid in full eventually but for us 6 months to wait for a payment is a red line. It's a shame really, they have potential to be a good program.
