It is about time that someone takes responsibility and becomes accountable for the various complaints being lodged against Active Wins. The person speaking on behalf of Active Wins must be Active Wins.

Again no need Corey - you're chasing a lost cause. I'm by-passing ActiveWins now as they don't seem to be empowered as a third party to explain why chargebacks are happening. There are regulatory bodies in the UK who can help explain this sort of activity.

We provide the affiliate software for the Betfred and Activewins affiliate programs. In addition, we are engaged to provide affiliate program PR and profile building for Activewins, which includes managing forums and social media.

You have less empowerment than an affiliate though to resolve problems.

Update - hey, guess what?! May was an 8th month in a row where Betfred/Activewins have added even more chargebacks onto our account! We haven't promoted them for 5 months and somehow we're still getting stung with mysterious unexplained chargebacks.

In the 8 months we've had chargebacks they've amounted to $4700. Unbelievable.

Be warned affiliates! Check your payment reports about 2 weeks after the end of the month (not the earnings report in Income Access). Chargebacks are now shown from day to day in your income access earnings report, but slipped into the payment reports after month end.

Another update, this is getting tedious now but we want other affiliates to be able to read our full experience - another month of chargebacks, that's 9 months in a row yet we have not promoted Betfred for 6 months!
