SMH...Why programs feel the need to write they are "honest".

It's the only industry I know of, who uses this cr#p in their T&C's. Frankly, it makes me cringe, just as much as, someone selling dodgy Nike's from the boot of their car, who says... Hey mate "trust me, these are 100% legit!"

6.10 In case of partnership on RevShare model with traffic from geo CIS, payments are credited to the partner’s account starting at 5 FTD on one of the projects.

Royal Partners has a player quota.

However, not to be outdone by that sneaky move, they also have these pearler FU clauses:

You hereby recognise that if 50% of New Customers of your total traffic volume made only a minimum first deposit during the current month, then such traffic shall be considered as motivated under the Affiliate Agreement, and thereby any Commission in relation to such New Customers can be frozen or unpayable upon the Company’s decision.

Then we move onto their GGR deductions...

Net Gaming Revenue or NGR means all monies received by the Company from New Customers as placed bets, less (a) winnings returned to New Customers, (b) issued bonuses, (c) net balance corrections, (d) administration fees, (e) fraud costs and chargebacks. For the avoidance of doubt, all Net Gaming Revenue amounts mentioned above are only related to New Customers referred to the Company Websites by the Affiliate Website(s)

Here we see the program is going to deduct 100% of all bonuses given as a loss. Even if the player does not meet wagering, and or withdrawal said bonus(es).

While RoyalPartners may be required to pay an individual fee on each bonus given, after 21 years as a casino affiliate, I can assure you, this fee will not be 100% of the bonus given.

No your not... IMHO it should be rephrased to say... RoyalPartners will do our utmost to shave/scam affiliate partners. Going on the above, the aforementioned is certainly a LOT MORE HONEST...

I strongly urge all affiliates who are thinking about working with Royal Partners, to fine tooth comb their T&C's because there are plenty of other FU clauses in the contract, designed, to steal both your rightful earnings, players, and possibly terminate your agreement.

Personally, I wouldn't touch royal.partners with a HUGE barge pole.

FYI...Royal.Partners claiming to pay a 50% Revshare commission, which is actually not truthful. In fact that 50% magically turns into 32.5% paid to affiliates. That a 17.5% reduction/deduction is what this "honest" program is actually paying you. Imagine the woefully low commission %'s paid on 30% etc., etc.

Seems Royal Partners are not seeking affiliate partners, but more so suckers, who will send them NDP's, while Royal Partners will find ways not to pay you, or pay you at a drastically reduced RS commission value...

Reiterating... nothing honest about this affiliate program.

We are grateful that you have drawn attention to controversial points that may be misinterpreted.

We will cover each of these points in the order they were mentioned in your comment.

Payout time
Our affiliate program pays its webmasters on the 5th of every month. However, sometimes the 5th day of the month falls on weekends or holidays. Unfortunately, not all payment systems conduct transactions at this time. Of course, it all depends on the payment method chosen by the webmaster, but if the webmaster has chosen a bank transfer, there’s nothing the affiliate program can do to speed it up. The 10th of the month is the term specified in our offer - this is the timeframe the bank must send the transfer within.

Limits
Working conditions for the CIS region GEO are a bit different than all the others. When you drive traffic from Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan, a different commission model structure is used, which you can also find on our website. This is due to the specific features of the local market. If a partner drives traffic from Canada, Germany, Australia, Finland - there are no limits. That’s why clause 6.10 of our Terms and Conditions contain a clarification that the limits apply only to the CIS region GEO.

Regarding the clause 2.5:

We would like to clarify. You are citing the conditions for checking the quality of traffic according to the CPA model. Considering the peculiarities of driving traffic via this model, the affiliate program protects itself and its projects from motivated traffic. This is a standard system for checking CPA traffic, which is pretty common.

Now, as for this point. Thank you for your feedback, we will definitely work through this issue in more detail. Yes, indeed, we deduct the amount of bonuses and we understand that webmasters are concerned with this issue.
