Every Monday fraud Management will randomly select some accounts for a verification process that consists in reviewing all transactions, the paperwork that has been received to make sure it is complete, legible, that the account information matches the paperwork and review the account game sessions and wagering requirements.
Since this is a random procedure and there is no way to know who will be selected each Monday however, it is a one time procedure, therefore every customer that requests a payout will be subject to this process at some point or another, even if they have all corresponding requirements for a payout in order.
Once the verification process has been finished the funds are flowed back to the account, a note added to the account stating the random check was already processed.
The payout should be completed next coming Monday if the customer requests it again. By doing this accounting management ensures that all the information on the player profile is in order and that all and every other requirement for requesting a payout has been fully met. This again is managements insurance that our members are fully protected against possible fraud.
