GREAT JOB/OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT PERSON

I have one of many side projects that need to be launched. These projects are domain names that I will promote both professionally (most of you know I do highly-competitive SEO) and financially. I will pay the right person a very nominal fee and pay for the hosting, software, etc.

I have the following sectors available;

ShoppingClub.co
MortgageRefinancing.co
BinaryOptions.co
Forex-Forex.co
Microgaming.co
Most Las Vegas land-based casinos namesake domains (non-US purchased/hosted)

There is content on BinaryOptions.co and there is a hosting package with NS and the MonsterCommerce interface on ShoppingClub.co

Through relationships I have built over the years of being an Affiliate, SEO and Speaker, I have a lot of opportunities most do not see. These are higher commission levels and better deals all around. I also have a network of support people that currently work for me and 3 full-time people for additional support where necessary.

I am willing to offer 1 of 3 packages to the selected candidate;

$5 per hour + 5% of commissions received. Monitored and Managed through ODesk. I pay 100% of all the incidentals and costs.
$100 per week/Minimum 40 hours + 33% of commissions received. Monitored and Managed through ODesk. I pay 100% of all the incidentals and costs.
50% of commissions received. I pay 50% of all the incidentals and costs. 50% Ownership.

The right person shouldn't be doing this for the first time. I will consider everyone though. I'll be patient while the right person learns.

The ideal person has been part of a team or has built an online store and is familiar with basic things like xml product feeds and payment processing as well as companies like TradeDoubler, ShareASale and CommissionJunction.

The value here is I pay for everything while you build it, the knowledge you will receive from myself, the high-value domains, and the fact I am a very good SEO and I know about Internet Marketing. I just don't have the time to do this myself, so I am willing to give some away to get something back.

Job 1 is to track down my email (pretty easy) and drop me a line with the selected domain in the subject line.

I think you will get into trouble with sector #5 as you are using a domain that has a trademark.

Yea, that one and a couple dozen casinos as well. That's why I bought them from a non-US Registrar. Trust me, I have my bases covered.

The first 3 are all I'm really interested in though, but the casino sites are easy clones.

The registrar does not matter because if monetized / used for SEO they will find you.

I'm very surprised Microgaming did not managed to buy similar domains.
I think their main domain is microgaming at co.uk

I thought the same. I put the bid in after Cutts said .co would be handled as TLD's, but that as many, of his comments, were BS. I own the .co's for all the big land-based Vegas guys. Buy em', rank them, sell them.

I sold cozy.co for 10k last year with 0 on it.

we own a domain with Microgaming in it and heard from their legal department ,as long as we used ONLY microgaming brands on it they were ok with us keeping it.It was a long tail keyword but they discovered it only about 4 years after we had it live

Exactly. UDRP has nothing to do with registrars. TM owners can get extensions that comply with UDRP very quickly.
