I find today this post, and I inmediatly sent a request to see what happened with the payment of the player.
I think the issue will be solved today or tomorrow. The truth it's that our network provider (Merge Gaming) is in charge of the cashier (they do the payments).
Sometimes the verification process takes time (but since 5th of May I know there's a lot of time).
