They added the Neteller method.

Unfortunately, my withdrawal has been refused.

I sent all needed documents. Also in the 1xbet.com page i got messages that all my withdrawals are payed. So with that question i communicate 1xbet.com service. That i didn't get money in my bank account. They ask for evidence from my bank account (screen shots) that i didn't get it. I sent everything what possible. Just give me back my deposits. I don't want play this games.. Thx.

Allow me to reiterate - the documents that are being requested are requested by a third party, a payment system. We can't do anything on our end and if you disagree, I can only suggest that you take this with the payment system, because we, personally don't have any problems with your account but the payment system would like to identify you as well.

Hello. So I have small acc (50euros currently on it). 2 weeks ago I withdrew 14 euros, no problem and very fast. Now I won some money more, I cant withdraw. It says I need to sum up all my deposits and bet minimum of 1.1 or higher???!!!! What kind of scam is this? Yeah my deposits are higher than my einnings, but why I cant eithdraw now but I could then?
Here is message I got:
The security department reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests if deposit or withdrawal sum(s) do not correspond to sum(s) of placed bets (to be able to withdraw funds you must place bets with 1.1 odds or higher in the amount of your last deposit). Criteria for withdrawal approval is the amount of bets placed within the last deposit.

my last deposit was 5 euros, so I placed a bet with 1.1 or higher odd, but still I cant, and again I could 2 weeks ago... what is going on, and will I get my money back
