hi to all in December 2016 I made a withdrawal on this site, I am blocked the account for checks and from that moment my money have not been seen: I sent 400 emails with all the possible documents requested, 3 times by mail in Russia and today nothing. moreover, I miss you more to enter the site as it no longer accepts Italians .... Then nothing happened. I never got my stake back and no further answers.

Today many days later I get this answer. They will five me my stake bet for the bet that I actually won as I had the right gold medal winner and will keep my other bet as lost!!

They assess the bets and results (as well as making individual decisions for each customer) as they like!

I've recently played with 1xbet and made a deposit on 25 Feb 2018 for the amount of MYR200 (100 * 2).

After playing on their Live Casino (Authentic Gaming), I noticed that my balance is actually going down even when I was winning. So I made a final test of USD0.50 bet and won but my balance went down by USD0.50 instead of going up.

I have contacted their support team multiple times about this but their reply each time was that they'll send it to their specialist. After that, they finally told me that nothing was wrong with their system and my money magically disappear.

I've asked them to show me how much I lost and how my balance manage to become 0.00 but they can't show me each time.

This is their latest tactic in cheating their customers and taking their money without them noticing.

Hope that people will be warned about this and not lead people into having their money taken without a reason.

The normal procedure in a serious business is, no customer/player must complain, that she/he did not received their financial properties/deposits+winnings. It might indeed be expected, that this is an automatic process with the exception of fraud.

In general: My personal opinion is, that bonus terms of this industry are immoral, because the wager requirements in most cases are comparable to the terms of loan sharks and designed to trap the players, to have a reason to refuse withdrawals, not to give them a real benefit.

Programs like 1xBet would be innovativ, when they terminate all their bonus rules and increase their comp point system instead, in case, they have one.

A comp point system is a real thing and is not attrackting freeloaders but loyal players. And smart people knows, that the house edge of 3% is only theoretically but not empirically. So there is no financial risk after improving a comp point system.
