The entire web is crammed with complaints against this company. Does anyone doubt that this company is a complete mafia?

I share another complaint from a user:

1) Registered around Nov 2016 and requested a withdrawal in december 2016 for around 1700 usd.
2) They asked me for a lot of things for KYC process: - ID photos - Photos with PC (email screen) of background. - Several selfies with ID, write papers, etc. - Notarized documents - They run a verification
process via videocall in skype and all was successful. - etc, etc.
3) Finally they asked me to send phisycal documents to RUSIA.
4) I send the documents package (printed ID photos, printed proofs of ewallet ownership, notharized documents, etc) 3 times. First, Naively I thought that the documentation had been lost at the post
office. Second time, I sent it back by certified mail to make sure that it had been received.Third time, I sent it back to make sure they were cheating me. In each postal shipment I spend 110 usd.
5) This process lasted about 7 months.
6) After this, I started sending many messages to email support in all languages also
contacting support by chat. They always respond to me automatically with the same message: "...Your account is under verification
at the moment,..."
7) I reported the case to the regulation commission of Curacao. I never got an answer.

Every 15 days I contact them and I NEVER get another answer. Always the same automatic response. 2 years
have passed. 2 YEARS! 2 years!
9) This company is a complete scam.

Why GPWA is related to this gang of thieves??

Did you read the complaint? I sent you 3 TIMES by physical mail the documents that you asked me for. I paid 110 usd for each shipment from Colombia to Russia.

(passport allowed national card, bank card proof of address). Your service continues to play with me and asks me for a selfie with in one hand my ID card and in another hand the email conversation with the security service. I live alone and I am a disabled woman, I do not have 3 arms I live in the countryside. Forgive me but I have never seen her in my life. No bookmakers treats these customers like and asks for awkward photos that I send and yours service answers me. Must return a photo or I must necessarily ask for 2 things in 1 photo. PPS. If you agree in the contract that you agree to all future changes of the contract or that you will comply to anything that the other side says, it does not mean, that such agreement is binding. In fact, it is the opposite. The problem of economy nowadays is, that we have no judges for such situations. So bookies can steal if they want. Affiliates can steal if they want. The party that has the more power - which is in most cases - can dictate and does dictate whatever wants. I was just (again) robbed by car rental company that forced me to pay for damages that far exceeded to what I caused [and I caused it because they gave me broken car]. I just nodded and immediately I remembered the 1xbet players (my 1xbet players), who are in similar situation. Arguing makes no sense in such situation. Not, because the robbed people are not right. But because we are just losing time here.

In short, we (people) really have a problem that will just grow with digitalization. So far the state interventions just help to the scammers as it was expected. There is more problematic gambling than before and there is much more stealing on b2b and b2c basis. The only "improvement" is tax collection. It really looks nearly like the states care just about maximalization of Laffer curve and all parties around split the collateral damage.

Anyways stop posting this bs pls.

According to the Rules 2.36 Should the bookmaker’s Security Service have any concerns about the bettor’s identity or their personal details (address, credit or debit card, other data), they are entitled to request any documents from the bettor substantiating their identity or other submitted data at the bookmaker’s absolute discretion, as well as to cancel any payments until all such details are verified. The bookmaker reserves the right to request any documents required for such verification
