The same story that every winner faces with 1xbet. Sadly i didnt investigate where i was entering.
Won 1400usd, i cannot withdraw my money, support said they needed a picture of my document, i already sent one in the past but thats okey for me. I sent my document picture, driving license picture, passport picture and then the stupid requests started, they asked me pictures of every corner of my neteller account, i sent them, now they asked me this:

''We ask you to provide us with the photo where you hold your document in your hand near your face on the background of this mailing.''

Im going to accomplish that stupid request, specially the part of the mail on the background but i know where is this going, they are going to ask me stupids things and ill never be able to withdraw MY MONEY. Please, never bet on 1xbet, if you lose its ok but dont dare to win. On 1xbet you lose or you lose

Unbelievable, i just have exactly the same. How can people do something so horrific to normal good people. They dont have a heart or soul???
So i am a victim ofthis website as well. Unbelievable how they can fool people who arewinning something. I actually have an account already for about 2years i think and i am verified all this time. There were many smallissues everytime with withdrawing, but 2 days ago i made from 100 to1250eur in 1 day and they completely block my withdrawal!! i canttouch my money, cant place any bets im completely blocked for noreason. Im an honest fair player, dont follow tipsters, just betinplay myself always. Now i get the most weird questions like othersalways get. They steal my money. This has to be stopped!!!!

1xBet cancelled all my winnings and stole my 1450EUR!

I wanted to verify my account and I sent them all they asked for: a copy of my ID, screenshots from my Skrill acount (personal details, cards and bank accounts, limits and a screenshots of my Skrill transactions history, a photo of me holding my ID card near the face in the background of their email (ridiculous, but ok, I complied)).

After that, they asked me "What is your relation with --my father's name and surname--"? With my very detailed explanation I answered them honestly, that it is my father. But the thing is that my father and I don't live in the same household, we don't live at the same address and we don't even live in the same city, which the data on our ID proves. I am the only one using this account, I bet from my own money and for my own money and my father and I have absolutely no links regarding betting.

I don't see how can this be treated as a multiple account? I didn't even know that my father also had his account, I asked him now after I got shocked by this problem and after 1xbet took my 1450€.

They blocked my account with the balance of 1700EUR (returned only my initial deposit of 250EUR). Of course, their explanation of why my account is blocked is the violation of General Terms and Conditions.

So generally, they stole my 1450EUR of winnings only because my father also had his account, even though I didn't violate any of the rules, because I don't live in the same household with my father. They punished me only for being a son of their other client, without even considering the details of the situation.

I really hope that this will turn out right, because I am planning to fight till the end with all the available resources (besides time and money, forums (especially Polish), my betting contacts from all around Europe, complaints, making my story public.)

I already filed a few complaints and I am in contact with several lawyers from Croatia and Poland and more complaints are in preparation.

This is the same as someone robbed me on the street. Would I let him go with my money just like that? NO!

I won't stop fighting!

I don't live in the same city as my father
email address is not the same
Skrill account is not the same

Another, new incident from your company:

Aleksandr Tikhonov and his Security Department changed the clause 31. of 1xbet's Terms and Conditions by adding the key word "family", hoping I would not notice that, because it directly affects my case. They also updated the Clause 31. on their website.

By changing the General Terms behind customer's back, they broke the Clause 23. of their own General Terms.

Clause 23. of the General Terms: "Should these Rules be amended, customers shall be notified accordingly. Bets accepted after the specified date shall be subject to the amended Rules. Earlier bets shall remain unchanged."

I have email replies from Tikhonov, where there was no word "Family" in that clause.

Also, as I expected your company to play dirty and use every possible way to bypass the rules and not pay me, on January 22nd I made a screenshot of 1xbet's General Terms, where it is also visible that there was no word "Family" in Clause 31.

This is a serious violation and it directly affects my case.

What is your comment on that?

I have 1xbet's account for years, withdraw without problems until January 31, when I wanted to make a withdrawal of 1200 USD, I asked for verification of documents once again I had done at some point, today 27 days after my balance step to 7000 USD and more than 75 emails sent s a security without receiving any resolution,

Mi ID account is 22450521

Since more than one year my account at 1xbet is blocked and they do a so called verification which should be finished within 72 hours, what they have stated in their own terms.

I have sent many documents via internet and via landmail but they always ask for more since over one year.

I did not anything wrong - i think they only do not want to payout my balance and so they have permanently new ideas what they can ask for.

If they want to close my account i cannot do anything - but they have to payout my balance.

hi, i was also betting on 1xbet..now when i want to withdraw money...they want from me, id, passport, utility bill, selfie, selfie with id, selfie with id and my computer where is convrsation with 1xbet and now they want bank reference letter with singniture and stamp from bank...i have internet bank: mbank...and thay dont do this staff i was calling to them and they have sent to me bank statement with signiture and stamp but 1xbet still want bank reference letter and they dont want hear that my bank doesnt do it...anybody any idea what i can do?
