    Hi Eli,

    I know that you don't make the rules and you were very helpful in the process of the communication with security. But it's very frustrating that the verification process is intransparent and not comprehensibly. There is no reason for security to not tell upfront which documents are required so that we could send all the "necessary" documents in one letter. There is no doubt that this is only done to lenghten the verification process to prevent people to follow the process to the end. Is there a way for you to find out if the form is the last thing they need to make a decision, please?

    Hello .i would to say about my Bad Experience.I made an account with 1xbet.ideposit 220 euro and i start playing-betting.before that i spoke with an accountant through live chat to ensure that everythings was ok with my account.they told me everything was ok.after days i had 2963 in my account and i wated to withdraw some.they asked me ridiculous things such a selfie holding my ID and on the background the pc mailing with the support departent.to reach the end point i sended all the documents and photos that they wanted.they settled all my winnings bets as void took all the money from my account without any reason..directly after verify.this is outrageous.THIS IS A SCAM.they dont answer at my emails and through live chat keep repeating you have to send email to our specialists.

    still no answer and no update on my account status. I sent the last documents a long time ago. It's obvious that the process is delayed on purpose. If there will be no update in the next days I will contact the curacao authorities again.

    Good afternoon.
    I have a problem with 1xBet that I will explain:


    On 23-12-2016, I registered on 1xBet and made a deposit of 100 € for Skrill with the email: account email removed as this should be revealed privately only
    I made several bets and won with a total of € 3372.


    Then, 1xBet request me for the following documents by email:
    - Citizen Card;
    - Print Screens of the Skrill account;
    - Selfie;
    - Selfie, where you can see the emails received from 1xBet.


    Then, 1xBet request me the following documents by mail:
    - Citizen card authenticated by governmental entity;
    - Print Screens of the Skrill account.
    Documents sent by mail were only received the fifth time they were sent (they were received on 06-06-201.


    On 10-06-2018 the 1xBet request me extra information (they are nonsense questions) which are as follows:
    1. Your account number.
    2. What device was used to take the photos?
    3. What applications were used to transfer the photos from the device to your PC? If no applications were used and the files were sent directly from the device, please indicate this.
    4. Did you use any software to modify the documents provided? If yes, please indicate the programs you have used.
    5. If any documents have been modified, provide a list of changes and indicate the purpose of your actions.
    6. When printing the photos, did you use the same photos that were sent to us by email? Or did you edit the photos before printing them?
    I had to mail these questions (it was already sent) ... This does not make any sense.
    These questions are asked to all the users who are cheated (can see in the link below).




    Notes:
    - 1xBet has all the proof of my identity and refuses to pay the amount I won;
    - To resolve this case, 1xBet should pay me the value of € 3372 for the account Skrill account email removed (account that made the deposit);

I wonder if they actually remember that I already had a skype interview or if they really need a second one. Can you please ask them about that?

    The other thing is that I'm on vacation until 4th of july so that I can't make a skype interview before that. I will confirm a skype call on 6th of july but please ask them if that is really necessary.

    Edit: it seems that I can only schedule an appointment for a skype interview until 22th of june. As I already wrote, I'm not able to do a skype interview before 5th of july. I will write that to security and hope they will answer and accept that. I will put you on cc for that mail.
