Hello , I deposited 230 eur on 1xbet because my friends use this site.I ran it to around 720 eur then one day I get all my bets removed and my account balance reset to 230 eur.I tried reaching support they said

"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). This decision is based on the official Rules 2 № 35 of the betting company 1xbet. The secision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service.
The decision has been resolved after strict investigation of the situation by our security service. According to the results of the investigation we have reasons to suppose that all your bets on sport events from this gaming account have been placed not by you but by Mamev Kolio №5241667 that violates above mentioned point of rules directly.
We ask you not to criate new accounts in our webside. Pay your attention to the moment that if you try to criate ner accounts, we will block them. At te same time your actions were a rude violation of the rules. The Decision concerning The stopping any collaboration is final and it is not subject a revision.
You are able to withdraw your funds in amount of your deposit."

Its is my flatmate , anyway when I try to cashout they keep declining me although security said "You are able to withdraw your funds in amount of your deposit.".I spoke with live-chat support again and they said I have to deposit more money - outragous after they scammed me for more than 500 eur !!

Hello,I want to complain with www.1xbet.com. They don't want to give me my money (withdraw). I have made many deposit over 300 euro, but when come time to make a withdrawal, they block my account and reject to give me my money.. It's about 600 euro. They telling me that i was having another account or something like this ,with name "Radulov Nikolay" and i know this person. I don't know him .(this is unacceptable excuse to reject me) I have a full conversation with their "security service" . What should i do and with who must to talk ?

2. Level the playing field for all affiliates - so it's not just your own people located in places like Turkey that get to offer bonus.
3. Try and write English content in a way we can understand.
4. You have a massive offer - but your website is navigation unfriendly
5. Get yourself a serious license, so we can convert better (and i don't want to hear we have applied - because no progress whatsoever)
6. Get a professional to write ''terms and conditions'' because we need the FBI to decipher what they are supposed to mean (or KGB in 1XBETS case)
7. Make it transparent which jurisdictions are not allowed -- because we know some of them are just show.
8. Tracking software - Cookies are acceptable but not the spy software you are using.
9. From your website people wouldn't know you offer loads of livestreaming - it's like a selling point that's not sold!

Anyway - just a few thoughts before lunch!

To be honestly they are cheaters . Do what they want with customer. And nobody can help you. About my case i make a complaint everywhere ,but nobody can't helping me out.

So you are playing with fire even if they give you good odds.

It is a small thing. But As I choose to get money to my betting account, now I have to edit there many things before Skrill payout. And as I have to edit them, I actually can not do it, but I must contact CS. It would be nice to make the payout procedure for affiliates simpler. I just give up for now until there is more money to be withdrawn.

I've never had a sports-book convert worse. Could be reputation, might be the scrawny layout of the website, or might be that they give local partners (Turkey - Portugal) big bonus but not the rest of us!

Other factors could be trying to get on the market with a Curacao license - banners with ''reliable Bookamker'' - Terms and conditions that are hard to understand - and silly marketing gimmicks ''such has this 950K'' European championship competition.

Support is poor and i can see many things that would make people skeptical about joining --- and my mail confirms that. I'm also not a great believer in being top odds all the time, unless you are set up in a way to entertain winners and work with dynamic odds --- it doesn't help with building a reputation when accounts are being constantly closed or limited. Afterall, even an average punter could become a winner at these odds!!

It's a shame really, because 1XBET have all the ingredients to be a successful platform - but ignorance is clearly holding them back. Maybe it's the Russian way, because we really know little about the people behind the company!

Yes, I think it is the Russian way. Marathonbet is another such a bookie with too good to be true odds.

Well it is just an suggestion that I am used from other bookies that have no strict regulation: if there is a betting account attached to an affiliate account and that betting account will never be used for betting (only for the affiliate payouts), then it would be nice to skip all the KYC procedures or something like that. It happened to me that I can not edit my passport number of my betting account for example, so I have to contact CS. Then you will ask me for uploading documents etc. It can be a bit more user friendly. I never like making 2 accounts at once (affiliate and betting), but when I do and then it is not smooth on the top, then it is a bit too much.
